The AWS Global Partner Investment .and.amp; Incentives team is seeking a strong partner investment manager who is passionate about growing a fast-paced international business, a self-starter who enjoys shaping their own role and team. This role will leverage their management and leadership capabilities to identify and manage risks, resolve issues, drive programmatic efforts, and escalate where appropriate to drive custom investment results. This person will play an active role in collaborating with stakeholders, developing investment frameworks, defining qualitative metrics, managing the funding, and tracking results for the custom investments worldwide.The ideal candidate has sound business judgement that enables them to be right a lot when making investments in APN Partner opportunities. You have the ability to work cross-functionally and think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and help increase adoption of AWS' services across our APN Partners and their customers. You will collect data from multiple sources - including partner and AWS internal teams - and compile it into a digestible and actionable format. You will track key performance indicators to help support the future state of each similar investments and ensure sustainability and scalability. You will communicate investments status and results to stakeholders and business leaders. You also enjoy working in a high pace and ambiguous environment, while delivering high quality results!Core Roles .and.amp; Responsibilities Define, build, and manage APN Custom Investment framework and strategies, as well as track results and impact Develop new or custom investment strategies to launch globally Work closely and communicate effectively with partner teams and stakeholders Support custom multi-year partner investment agreements Drive framework implementation globally with partner managers and proactively communicate with senior and executive level stakeholders Understand the technical requirements of AWS partners and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of the custom investment Develop and track key performance metrics utilizing Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and other internal Amazon systems Identify opportunities to improve our internal tools and processes, including driving automation of repeatable work, and increasing overall team efficiencyBasic Qualifications 8+ Years industry experience Detailed Financial modeling, business modeling, and analytics of large companies Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions Track record of implementing program and influence business decision Experience using sales or customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce.com Organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment Business writing skills for communication to internal stakeholdersAmazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer .and.ndash; Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age

Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Manager of People Technology to our growing Human Resource division in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will provide leadership, organizes the strategy, validates, and maintains the technology solutions across the HR organization. Ensures that initiatives meet data integrity, security, and operational precision as required by the business. You will also manage operational aspects of People Technology systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS) and ensures that technology solutions align with McKinstry\'s People Strategy. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include: HR/People technology roadmap is finalized (and updated annually) and published, well maintained, and well governed on an ongoing basis; working in close partnership with People team SLT. Act as a systems subject matter expert during evaluation, recommendation and implementation phases of People/HR technology solutions. Build strong working relationships with IT to include Workday (and all People systems) system administrators, business technology and other partners in IT/bus. Lead and coach the HRIS Workday team ensuring accuracy and timely completion of work. Drive cross functional collaboration with HR leadership, business leaders, and IT professionals to align the Workday platform to realize McKinstry\'s People Strategy. Technology solutions implementations are prioritized appropriately to support the overarching HR roadmap. Continuously improve and evolve Workday (and other HR systems as appropriate), ensuring that initiatives meet required data integrity, security, and operational precision.
