Our office coordinators help our team and clients all day! Areas where our front office team assist are answering phone calls from current clients and prospective clients, checking clients out of appointments,alerting the teamwhen an appointment arrives, and scheduling appointments for our four legged family just to name a few. The ultimate hire will be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, friendly demeanor.
This position is highly respected, as there is close contact with our wonderful clients as well as potential clients inquiring about our clinic. We want our clients (and of course, our patients) to feel welcome the moment they call us (no clients inside yet). Communication is very important and must be performed well with clients in person and on the phone. We are looking for a person who understands the importance of professionalism in a service-oriented business and exhibits this quality in their work.

This is a full time position working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:30am-6pm with up to an hour lunch break. The starting wage depends on veterinary experience/customer service experience and benefits include a 4-day work week, health/dental/vision insurance (75% paid), paid time off, holiday pay, uniform shirt, retirement account, and generous discounts on veterinary services just to name a few.

High School diploma or equivalent
Positive Customer Service experience in a busy small business
Knowledge of small animal veterinary terminology is a plus!
