Fircrest and North Tacoma
- Two small, locally-owned family restaurants
- Owner works shoulder-to-shoulder with staff 7 days/week
- Authentic NY-style Pizza
- No experience necessary, we train
- Prep cook all ingredients for the Pizza & Appetizers
- Everything is cooked in house, nearly nothing comes out of a bag, so this is a great opportunity to learn scratch cooking

Prepare and cook pizzas/salads according to specific recipes and customer preferences.
Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Requirements:
Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting, preferably in pizza preparation
Knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
