About the Role
We are hiring reliable production staff to support food preparation, packaging, and production operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing food brand preparing for scale.
Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and assembly
Package and label finished products
Maintain a clean and organized production area
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Support inventory and basic production tasks as needed
Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
Attention to detail and consistency
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Food handler’s permit (or ability to obtain quickly)
Prior food production or kitchen experience preferred (not required)
