We are a well established general dental practice, located in Beacon Hill, Seattle. We are looking to find a compassionate, friendly and skilled Dental Hygienist for, full or part time, to join our warm and friendly team. Candidate must have exceptional customer service, able to communicate well and has a strong work ethic. As a team, we strive to provide the best dental care to our patients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Patient screening procedures; such as assessment of oral health conditions, review of the health history, oral cancer screening, head and neck inspection, and dental charting
-Taking Digital X-rays and Intra-oral Photos.
-Removing calculus and plaque (hard and soft deposits) from all surfaces of the teeth using hand scalers and ultrasonic.
-Providing all necessary modalities of anesthetic and other medicaments (such as Arestin) to teeth and gum surfaces.
-Teaching patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain life long oral health.
-Counseling patients about good nutrition and its impact on oral health.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-Superior time management and prioritization skills.
-Excellent communication skills; oral and written.
-Team oriented and friendly.
-Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs.
Requirements
Current RDH license
Eaglesoft proficiency preferred (willing to train)
New Grads Welcome and prior experience is a Plus

Office Hours:
Monday, Thursday, Friday 7-2 PM
Tuesday and Wednesday 9-5 PM
