Synergy Medical Systems is seeking a full-time Sales Representative in Seattle Washington.

The Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for preparing all aspects of full-line Sales Representative promoting our products to a sophisticated audience of physicians and healthcare professionals. This will be achieved by increasing sales through assisting the sales teams and building own accounts by means of working with existing customers as well as identify new customers in order to grow their Territory. The Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs.

Qualifications:

-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

-Must be able to communicate with large groups of people

-Must be able to communicate telephonically and with electronic means (i.e., e-mail, texts, etc.)

-Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. fax, modem, calculator, PC, etc.)

-Must have a valid drivers license

-Must be able to readily solve customer complaints

-Must have fundamental command off all products and be able to disseminate this knowledge to the customers

-Must be able to analyze territory market potential prioritize call patterns accordingly

-Excellent interpersonal skills

-Excellent organizational skills

-2-5 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred)

-B.A. or B.S. degree required

-Field Sales training

-Be available for on call as determined by Management

-Experience in building and maintaining relationships (surgeons and hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial)

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Meet or exceed territory sales objectives to reach product category and in target accounts; meet or exceed territory market share objectives

-Establish and maintain strong business relationships with prospective and existing customers

-Develop and implement sales strategies

-Assisting with consignment accounts, patient DME fittings (Pre-op, ACL, OA, etc.)

-Maintain expert knowledge DME products and; participate in continuing education programs

-Provide high quality on call service to existing customers

-Provide in service training and other customer education in support of new product launches.

-Work with health care professionals to sell a complete line of high quality of DME products.
