We are looking for an exceptional Clinical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

Experience Momentum is a busy wellness center in Lynnwood and Seattle, WA. We follow a whole-person approach to wellness, combining services ranging from physical therapy and massage therapy to personal training, CrossFit, group exercise classes, nutrition counseling, and more.

Hiring for both our flagship Lynnwood location and our new Fremont location.

Clinical Front Desk Primary Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and upholding the highest standard of customer service

Managing scheduling system for all providers including Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Nutrition, and Fitness

Collecting patient and client payments as necessary

Responding to new-patient inquiries and referrals, including Motor Vehicle Accident and Labor and Industries clients

Creating, updating, and maintaining detailed client accounts with demographic and insurance information

Answering phones and faxes

Other duties as assigned

Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and providing high quality results

Solution driven, always looking for effective and efficient improvements

Thrives in a fast pace work environment, committed to delivering tasks and projects on time

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines and work with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and belief system, focuses on community and relationships

Excellent customer service skills - passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience

Pays extreme attention to detail and is highly organized, takes ownership for their responsibilities and tasks

Comfortable working with technology and learning scheduling systems

Collaborative, with the ability to work well in a team environment

Background knowledge and understanding of insurance a plus
