We are a small, established private dental practice in Shelton, Washington, seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our close-knit team.

Independently owned by a licensed denturist
Stable, long-term patient base (primarily Apple Health/Medicaid patients)
Intimate office environment with only 5 team members
No hygienist on staff –
Relaxed pace that still keeps you productive
Position Details
1099 Independent Contractor (flexible scheduling – part-time or full-time)
Highly competitive compensation: 35% of production (paid daily)
Experienced chairside assistants who handle sterilization, set-up, and basic lab work
Denturist owner on-site for same-day denture needs and collaboration
What We’re Looking For
Active Washington dental license
Comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry: exams, restorations, extractions (including surgical), root canals (anterior & premolars), crowns, removable prosthetics, and hygiene.
Genuine enjoyment working with an underserved Medicaid population
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently without hygiene support
New graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply
