We are looking for a Care Manager to cover Snohomish county; be based of the Everett Office. A Care Manager is responsible for helping families assess their needs, creating a plan of care and monitoring the services provided. Other duties will include assisting with staffing and answering phones.
Skills Needed:
A passion to serve and grow our client base
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead a successful team
Knowledge and experience of the senior care field or applicable relevant knowledge
Good Driving Record required
Computer Skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to assess their needs and understand their expectations
Create a Plan of Care for Clients
Promote a positive working environment
Supervise caregivers
Coach caregivers as needed
Participate in the caregiver hiring process
Understand and implement the Personnel Policy
This is a full-time position which can occasionally include evening, weekend and early morning hours.
