Currently seeking dedicated, compassionate, honest , dependable CNA's and HCA's with positive, healing energies to provide care for up to 3 vulnerable adults in a newly opened Adult Family Home. Various shifts available. Please send your resumes.
Duties include: quality, compassionate personal care, assistance with ADL's, light house cleaning, meal preparation, feeding, hoyer lift, sit to stand lift, transfers, bathing/dressing, Dementia stimulation, medication management, logging/charting and great communication.
We prefer the following credentials but all applicants with the minimum requirements will be considered:
Minimum: 1 year of experience
Must have current active Certified Nursing Assistant OR Certified Home Health Aide but will be considered if currently taking courses.
Current 2 (two step) TB Test or clear chest x-ray
Pass a Federal & State Background check plus finger print check
Have flexible hours-minimum 20 hours availability
Must have Great communication skills
Fundamentals of care giving
CPR / 1st Aid Certified
Food Handlers Permit
The following may be obtained upon hire:
Dementia Specialty Certificate (must have within 30 days of hire)
Nurse Delegation (must have within 30 days of hire)
Nurse Delegation: Focus on Diabetes (must have within 30 days of hire)
