Valley View Health Center is a successful and growing Federally Qualified Community Health Center. We are currently seeking a Patient Access Administrator to oversee and monitor our patient experience in accessing services.
Minimum Qualifications: BA Degree or equivalent experience. 10 years experience in health field preferred. At least 4 years of EHR experience required. Lean Six Sigma Certifications a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
In this role, you will provide leadership support to the Operational team to mitigate revenue leakage through change management, lean process improvement and will focus on promoting excellence in the registration process, checkout process, patient collections, and customer support. This role will be responsible for collaborating with their dyad partners in creating a dynamic training curriculum for our front office staff. You will be responsible for maintaining accredited quality standards and patient acquisition and retention.
