The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, a good communicator, and enjoy working in your own home office.
Responsibilities will include making video calls to, and answering emails with, Dog parents who use our product. Flexible hours. You must have a quiet, professional home office background [occasional Dog barking in the background is OK].
You'll need this equipment: newer PC w/HD webcam, printer and hard wire hi speed internet service, (satellite internet is not fast enough for vid calls) and preferably, a landline phone. Having an Iphone/Ipad for FaceTime calls is a plus.
We would evaluate you for up to a week with the superb Lead Veterinary Technician on our team.
If we then welcome you to our team, you will train with the same Lead Veterinary Technician at her office location in SE Washington State. (She has been a huge asset to our 5 + year old company, for 4 fantastic years.) We pay all expenses.
Must be available for one half day [mornings] on many Saturdays, after training.
