We are a full-service, greater Seattle/Eastside area, concrete contractor specializing in post-tension structures. We are currently in need of experienced concrete carpenters. Pay depends on experience, range is $30-$40/hour.
What we're looking for:
⢠At least 2 years' experience as a carpenter
⢠Hard Worker
⢠Dependable
⢠Honest
⢠A team player
⢠Follows and takes direction
⢠Able to consistently lift 50-70 lbs.
⢠Has attention to detail
⢠Has attention to safety - will follow ALL safety guidelines
⢠Reliable transportation
⢠Able to speak/read English (English/Spanish Bi-Lingual a plus)
Primary responsibilities:
⢠Working with different forming systems (wood, aluminum, and gang forms)
⢠Forming elevated decks
⢠Working on PT decks
⢠Build and install column and wall forms
⢠Install footing forms
⢠Placing embeds
⢠Placing studrails
⢠Setting and stripping forms
⢠Setting and stripping shoring
⢠Operating tools and equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, etc.
⢠Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.
⢠Working during inclement weather, could be exposed to extreme cold and heat, noise and dust from construction operations.
