Day to day functions for this position may include some, or all of the following:
All aspects of residential remodeling preparation, demolition, and project completion including but not limited to the following:
-Framing
-Finish Carpentry
-Flooring
-Tile work (all aspects)
-Trim Work
-Cabinet and Appliance Installation
-Window and Door Installation
-Painting
-Drywall
-Light Electrical
-Siding
-Plumbing
Requirements:
-Carpentry / Remodeling experience
-Comfortable working on ladders
-Clean driving record
-Excellent communications skills; clearly communications with crew, management and clients
-Ability to work through and solve problems
-Tools
-Work vehicle (truck preferred)
Expectations:
-Supply and utilize a work vehicle that has the ability to transport tools and materials between job sites
-Report to work on time with the appropriate tools needed to perform the job
-Wear appointed uniform while on job sites
-Report to supervisor for assignments and daily duties
-This position is rewarded hourly (DOE) for deliver services to our client base, while performing a range of tasks related to facilitating client requests
Compensation: $25 - $35 / hour (DOE)
