Green Effects, a commercial landscape contractor is seeking experienced Laborers, Leads and Forepersons to join our growing construction team installing quality landscapes throughout the Greater Puget Sound Area. Laborers: Must have a minimum 1-year experience. The work is very labor intensive and consists of planting, soil and mulch placement, grading, irrigation installation, hardscape installation and green roof installation. Applicant must have a reliable source of transportation to and from jobs and able to lift up to 75-pounds.
Compensation:
Hourly wage rates from $18 - $21, depending on experience.
Paid holiday and sick leave.
Leads: Must have a minimum 3-years' experience in all phases of landscape construction, including, but not limited to, the layout and installation of; soils and mulch, irrigation systems, pedestal and sand set pavers, green roofs, block walls, site furnishings, water features and plants including identification. Other requirements: Must be able to read and understand landscape plans and specifications. Must be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with construction team. Must have experience operating loaders, excavators, compactors, block saws, laser levels and other landscape equipment. Applicant must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Applicant must have a reliable source of transportation to and from jobs.

Forepersons: Must have a minimum 5-years' experience in all phases of landscape construction, including, but not limited to, the layout and installation of; soils and mulch, irrigation systems, pedestal and sand set pavers, green roofs, block walls, site furnishings, water features and plants including identification.
Other requirements: Must be able to read and understand landscape plans and specifications. Must be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with construction team. Must have experience running up to 10- man crews. Must have experience operating loaders, excavators, compactors, block saws, laser levels and other landscape equipment. Applicant must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Compensation:
Hourly wage rate from $26 and up, depending on experience.
