We're looking for some seasonal help on our small diversified farm here in Shelton, WA.
We raise slow growing broiler chickens on pastures and also produce grassfed beef, forested pork, turkey, eggs & no-till veggies.
We have a spot available on our 2025 chicken processing crew here at our on-farm WSDA licensed facility. We process chickens Saturday/Sunday every few weekends May - Nov. Pay is $22/hour to start. No, we won't make you kill the chickens if that's not your thing! The job's not for everyone but many hands make light work and we always have a good time.
Also looking for a few days of help getting the hay in (typically around the first week of July) and will likely have other misc. farm tasks in the garden or feeding/watering animals.
