Bellevue law firm is offering immediate work for a personal injury legal assistant.This can be a full time position with paid vacation or part time, in a boutique law firm with a professional work environment. You will have a window office in a prestigious building.
Duties and responsibilities include:
-Manage communications for the attorneys with clients and opposing parties
-Preparing demand packages
-Helping with client intake and establishing timelines
-Maintaining file organization and status
-Requesting and filing records (medical and insurance) pertaining to cases
Preferred qualifications:
-Highly organized with great record keeping
-Attention to detail
