REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL (IN-HOUSE)There is a full time, permanent position available for an in-house paralegal with experience related to transactional real estate matters. This highly rated Seattle-based company is adding a mid to senior level paralegal with commercial real estate and title experience to their legal team. Duties will include drafting real estate documents (including leases, certificates, easement agreements) form preparation, filing and recordings. Candidates are expected to have experience with title searches/issues, land lease work (non-developed, raw land) and experience with complex commercial real estate transactions with a focus on closings. The position reports directly to the in-house General Counsel, and it is a full time, exempt position.
