Job Title: Field Operator

FLSA Status: Exempt - Salary

Reports To: Operations/Campaign Manager

Field Essential Functions:

Responsible for executing any and all posterGIANT services: Retail Campaigns, Street Teams, General Pole Posting, Stencils, Wildposting, projects from start to completion ensuring success of highly custom and high impact campaigns, in accordance with posterGIANT, Inc. policies and campaigns.

Work with team members to ensure timely deliverables, launch dates and deadlines are met

Help Lead contract team members to ensure production timelines are met

Quality control to ensure contractors adhere to project specifications and follow company guidelines including specified locations and proper campaign installation techniques are followed

Anticipate and manage, risks, integration points, and training needs of team

Track, manage, and communicate status of multiple, simultaneous projects as directed by Operations Manager

Identifies and ensures project deliverables meet or exceed client goals in an effort to develop happy and loyal clients

Anticipates and responds appropriately to risks and changes in project scope

Utilization of proactive management skills and utilization of no-fear problem solving skills in the face of multiple projects with tightly-managed costs and/or narrow timelines

Appropriately escalates issues to the Operations Manager

Performs all job functions in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Office Essential Functions:

Management of contract team members to ensure production timelines are met, which includes:

Retrieve contractor assignments from the Operations/Campaign Manager

Gather, count and set pick up of campaign materials for contractor

Ensure required pictures are turned in daily for each type of media campaign and notify campaign manager of availability.

Receive all deliveries, check in materials, and properly organize and file materials

Inform campaign managers of stock for campaign and office supplies so orders can be placed in timely manner

Build general pole routes daily and manage the route board effectively to ensure coverage across the Greater Seattle Area

Additional Responsibilities

May perform other duties or assist with projects as requested by management. Assists with special projects as requested.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment and problem solve at a a high level

Work experience requiring attention to detail, accuracy and strong organization skills. Ability to work independently and also successfully manage a team

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to quickly learn new software and processes with limited supervision

Uninhibited and willing to ask questions and take direction when needed

Willing to step outside their traditional job role when necessary to help the team be successful

Ability to adapt to changes in schedules, routines and work procedures.

Excellent customer service skills. Able to demonstrate patience while explaining Vendor Contacts and work expectations.

Macintosh experience a plus

Education Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

Traveling Required (80 %) depending on campaign needs - Regional to Begin

Weekends Required (100%) when covering part of campaign and always for Street Teams

Flexibility with Scheduling - Operations Manager will set your schedule to match work flow each week. This is partially in office and in local field work for day to day

Must walk, use hands to handle, or feel objects.

Ability to use a staple gun, hammer, tape gun, glue and broom

Reaches with hands and arms

Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch

Occasionally must climb and crawl

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Reliable vehicle is mandatory for this position which to reiterate is part field work and part office work. You will be responsible for your own parking to start with. No mileage reimbursement unless over 100 miles RT.
