As a Sr Program Manager on our team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of a complex cross-functional program aimed at educating, enabling and accelerating the growth of our advertising Partners. You will be accountable for the overall strategy as well as tactically driving teams inside and outside your organization to deliver. You will be able to define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements that are quantified with metrics, and influence resource allocation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Take ownership of business problems, identify and execute possible short and long-term solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, partner management, insights and analysts, legal, and PR to deliver programs effectively.
  • Continually raise the bar on development of new program features aimed at improving the overall partner experience
  • Developing mechanisms, processes, and measurement of programs’ performance.
  • Ability to identify global stakeholder needs, implement prioritization.
  • Actively contributing to the definition of our Partner program strategy and execution.
  • Partnering with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order.


  • MBA
  • Digital advertising and advertising technology experience
