Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our dynamic team in Sultan, WA. Weather you are entry level, have some experience in manufacturing, or a seasoned machine operator, we have a spot for you! In this role, you will be responsible for metal fabrication, casting, operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring efficient production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
-Operate and set up machines for production runs, including CNC waterjet, punch press, press brake, and die cast machines.
-Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.
-Execute pipefitting tasks and conduct mechanical assembly as needed.
-Utilize deburring techniques to finish products to specifications.
-Conduct metal casting and injection molding processes with precision.
-Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain production quality and efficiency.
-Utilize measurement gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure accuracy in production.
-Operate conveyor systems and hydraulic shearing machines effectively.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
-Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Qualifications
-A Resume and a message including your interview availability
-Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift 40 lbs. and stoop often during shift.
-Interest in a career in manufacturing, with some mechanical aptitude.
-Proficient in shop math and basic computer skills.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
