Position Summary:
NineLine Veteran Services seeks a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team.
The Driver will be responsible for safely transporting goods, equipment, or personnel as directed, while ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
This role requires a commitment to safety, professionalism, and adaptability to handle various tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, equipment, or personnel to designated locations.
Drive several miles daily, adhering to all traffic regulations and maintaining a clean driving record.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues promptly.
Load, unload, and transport items, ensuring proper handling and secure delivery.
Lift and carry items weighing between 50 and 100 lbs as required.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and other required documentation.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to additional duties assigned to support fulfillment operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in designated storage areas.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Assist in the production process by assembling, labeling, and packaging products.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Mandatory: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven ability to drive long distances daily while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Physical capability to lift and carry 50–100 lbs regularly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Prior experience in driving or logistics is preferred but not required.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with potential for occasional overtime based on operational needs.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift and carry 50–100 lbs repeatedly.
Prolonged periods of sitting while driving and standing while loading/unloading.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
