Part Time / Flexible Schedule

Primary Purpose:

Responsible for the preparation of donor family and recipient mailings, including printing letters, resources, labeling and stuffing envelopes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for collating and preparing group mailings

Print resources needed for mailings

Data entry

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Attention to detail is essential

Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner

Proficiency with complete Microsoft Office Suite

Experience entering information into a database

Good communications skills with teammates

Education and/or Equivalent Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required
