Small, independent auto repair facility in North Seattle is looking for a front end manager. We service all years, makes and models. We currently have 3 technicians including the owner. We are looking for someone to manage all customer service aspects of the business as well as estimating, parts ordering and all office management aspects.
Required:
Speak, read and write English fluently.
Strong internet capabilities (searching for parts, etc).
Ability to type 40+ WPM.
Ability to lift 20 LBS.
Knowledge of Mitchell software
Available Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
Valid drivers license and insurance
Desired qualities:
Professional attitude. We have a strong customer base and they want to connect with you during their visit.
Working knowledge of Garage Keeper software a HUGE plus.
Ability to do some minor accounting procedures, end of day/week/month reporting and Accounts Payable.
PAY DOE and dependent on experience
