We are seeking an Auto Body Collision attendant for a fast growing, quality oriented multi shop company. You will need to be a team player, self motivated, professional, customer service oriented, and have references.
Job Responsibilities:
Must prepare estimates accurately and efficiently, in accordance with insurance companies, and direct repair guidelines.
Must build relationships with customers and insurance companies, to properly manage the claim(s) for the customer.
Inform the customer about the repair process, and communicating with them, the status of their vehicle as the repairs are completed.
Once the repairs are completed, examine the vehicle to ensure all repairs are done accurately prior to the delivery to the customer.
Requirements:
Must have experience in the estimating body shop field.
Experience estimating/communicating with insurance companies
Automotive parts and service experience a plus.
I- certification preferred.
Must be knowledgeable of CCC One
Must have a valid license and a clean driving record.
Skills:
This individual must be a self-motivated, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Must have exceptional customer relationship skills.
Must be organized, detail oriented and pay strong attention to deadlines.
Must maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
