Seattle Custom Printing, a regional leader in the screen printing, embroidery, and promotional product market, is seeking a positive, energetic individual to assist with account management, front office management, and special projects. The role of the this position is to work directly with owners to assist in sales tasks, customer communication, and organizing work flow from sales intake to fulfillment. This position will be fast paced and will give you exposure to all aspects of the business. The right candidate will be:

JOB DUTIES

• Proactively represent our company primarily through telephone contact by greeting visitors, answering calls, setting sales appointments, and following up with customers on various issues

• Quoting and Invoicing Clients

• Provide tactical support to other departments of the company

• Keep customer records and database current

• Provide customers with a remarkable experience

• Performs a variety of other task for various departments including marketing, operations and accounting

• Regular and punctual attendance

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

1. Inside Sales Experience preferred

2. Customer service focused - understands the need, solves problems, and responds in a timely and efficient manner

3. Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills

4. Self-motivated and energetic

5. Ability to handle a large variety of phone calls, presenting the company in a positive manner.

6. Ability to create positive relationships

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications and ability to navigate internal software programs

Ability to pass pre-employment background check. Applicant should be able and comfortable with lifting

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred;

• 3+ years of experience in customer service; or,

• A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field
