Our apartment community needs to fill an immediate opening for the position of Assistant Manager. We operate a 112-unit property in the city of Des Moines.Were looking for a friendly, outgoing individual and can offer competent service to our renters.
Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective renters and take them on tours of the units that interest them
Answering phone calls and inquiry
Posting notices to the units
Collect application fees, security deposits and rent payments
Follow up with prospective renters
We are also looking for a part-time H A N D Y M A N
