Small family owned masonry company is looking for full time or part time help in the office. Office is above the shop on our property.
The job duties are:
Answering phones & scheduling, filing invoices and receipts , colleting payment, paying monthly state taxes, communicating with accountants, Overseeing day-to-day office functioning, Inputting data into QuickBooks and Managing office supplies.
Requirements to apply include:
Must have Strong organizational and multitasking abilities , Have experience with QuickBooks, be comfortable on the phone, have a good work ethic, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service.
