Small landscaping company is seeking a qualified office assistant to help manage payroll, books, emails, scheduling, etc.
Job to be done remotely, with bi-weekly meetings at company headquarters. Part-time to start, with the option of moving into a more full-time position if the fit is right.
Experience with some or all of the following:
- Tax filing & preparation
- Familiarity with quickbooks
- Familiarity with payroll
- Excellent grammer & composition skills
- Ability to meet with prospective clients
- Ability to send invoices & track expenses
- Ability to work unassisted
