Locally-owned and small printing company looking for someone to help with administrative tasks and order processing. No experience necessary, we'll train the right person
The position is for 15 hours per week @ 18.50 / hour;
The successful candidate must
Prefer to work independently with minimal supervision
Desire a varied workday
Have the capability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
Be able to learn and use new computer software
Be detail oriented
Communicate effectively with other team members
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to demonstrate basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages)
Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalism
A basic, working familiarity of Microsoft Word, Excel and email programs.
o Able to demonstrate ability to send and receive emails, find, open and save documents and files, perform data entry
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent education
The ability to occasionally stand for 3 hours.
Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 40 lbs
Must be able to bend and twist at the waist and knees
The job will include:
Standard business tasks such as order processing, billing and filing
Packing and shipping of printing orders.
Updating online catalogs

A written test of basic English and math skills.
