Western Peterbilt in Seattle is looking for a Service Coordinator to work second shift. This position will be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department.

Minimum Job Qualifications

18 years of age

Desired Job Qualifications

High school graduate, GED, or one year of work experience

Commitment and desire to learn medium and heavy-duty truck repair trade

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages

Ability to understand and write detailed work orders, and demonstrate the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or employees of the organization.

Great customer service skills

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Strong organization and communication skills

Dependable team player with a positive attitude
