Apartment Business Manager start date July 1st Tacoma/Lakewood
This position will manage 2 apartment communities totaling 86 apartment homes and is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the communities. Maintaining effective and harmonious resident relations. This position includes, but is not limited to: leasing, collections, resident services, scheduling maintenance, information reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Full-time position, compensation includes a 2-bedroom apartment home, required to live at the community.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage financial aspects of operations including collecting and processing deposits, approve and process invoices, understand budgeting and controlling expenses
Processing resident applications, submitting required reports, etc.
Maintains excellent resident relations including resolving resident issues
Market and Leasing activities, market surveys, curb appeal
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, Fair Housing regulations
This position is full time, salaried, exempt.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
Knowledge of AMSI A plus
2 years multi-family (apartment) business office experience preferred
