Full service Real Estate Brokerage looking for experienced Association Manager to join our growing condo management division.

Duties & Responsibilities Entail:

Management of portfolio of communities, condominiums preferred.

Work with the Board of Directors in a leadership role to ensure operations of the Association are met. Must have experience working with condominium governing documents.

Perform site reviews and report any maintenance or compliance issues to the Board with recommended solutions.

Solicit and review bids from vendors.

Ensure vendor job performance is completed per contract.

Review and approve Association invoices for payment.

Review monthly financial statements for each property and monitor the budget throughout the year.

Assist with budget preparation and tax returns.

Monitor Association delinquencies and follow collection procedures if need be.

Initiate and review annual reserve studies.

Process insurance renewals and claims.

Knowledge and understanding of condominium governing documents and laws.

Enforcement of governing documents for each Association.

Maintain administrative files and current owner/resident contact info.

Attend Association meetings, Board or Homeowner. Evening meeting attendance required.

Prepare Board meeting packets and agendas.

Answer all Board and owner questions that arise in a timely manner.

Have rotating weekend and evening hours for on-call emergencies.

Qualifications:

Community Association Management Experience

Must be able to multi-task and work on your own.

Must have good time management skills and be highly organized.

Knowledge of reviewing Association financial statements.

Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills.

Must have reliable vehicle and be able to drive to multiple locations as needed.

Must have on-call availability for after hour emergencies.

Salary: DOE

Full time with flexibility for evening meetings and weekend emergencies.

Office Location: Magnolia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:

Employees are currently working remotely. Will have the option to work in a limited capacity at the office or remotely.
