Now hiring for a local family-owned hardware store "Hardwick's" in the UW district of Seattle. 4214 Roosevelt Way NE is our address.
Looking for:
- Floor clerk to help & wait on customers
- Pricing out products and stocking items
- Part time cashiering (ex. fill in for lunch breaks for our regular cashier, etc.)
Previous retail experience, & a basic knowledge of hardware / tools / woodworking / plumbing etc. is preferred, but not necessarily mandatory.
About our business:
We are a 4th generation family hardware store that specializes in unique tools, hardware, woodworking, used tools, and tools from around the world. We have people that come from all over the Northwest to shop at our business. It definitely has an "old time" hardware store feel and charm.
Position Details:
Full time position from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
5 days a week - Sunday off (we are closed) & another assigned day off (for example, Tuesday would be another assigned off day)
$15.00 per hour is the starting wage
