Job Title: Security officer/Mobile patrol
Location: Centralia WA
Environment: Industrial – Distribution Center
Pay Rate: $15.00hr
Schedule: Days Monday - Friday 2200-0600 40 Hours per week Full Time

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
Manage a high-volume, very busy truck gate
Duties include but not limited to:
Customer Service skills
Observe and report activities at an assigned site
Ability to sit, stand and/or walk constantly (for up to an entire shift)
Ability to work indoor and outdoor in a variable environment
Climb stairs, ladders or ramps occasionally during shift
Respond quickly to critical situations
Provide access control to facility
Ability to read and write detailed reports
Enforce procedure, regulation, and standards of client
Occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds
Other duties as assigned by GardaWorld and client contract requirements
Site Specific Duties
Checking and recording truck temperatures
Checking trucks in and out of the locations, as well as directing inbound loads to designated lot and door locations
Checking employees and guests in and out of buildings
Handing out visitor packets
Checking that trailer numbers and seal numbers are correct and installing the seal numbers are correct and installing the seal
Monitoring refrigeration, fire, and security system panels/systems for alarms and direct alarm incidents to the proper manager for immediate resolution
Roving patrols and perimeter walk at client locations
Qualifications
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
Demonstrate a stable work history
A valid Washington Guard Card and 8 hours of training completion is preferred
Possess a valid WA Drivers license
Posses or able to obtain CPR/1ST AID certification
Prior Security Truck Gate experience or equivalent is STRONGLY preferred
Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment)
Education
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
