Sales Manager – Auto Body Shop (In-Person)
Pay: $20–$24/hour + commission
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue and strengthen customer relationships at our auto-body shop. This in-person role focuses on converting leads, improving customer retention, and presenting our shop as the top choice for collision and mechanical repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and clearly explain our services
Use strong product knowledge to confidently guide customers toward choosing our shop
Follow up with leads, estimates, insurance customers, and returning clients
Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional service
Increase revenue by closing repair sales and securing customer approvals
Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
Sales experience is required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to learn repair processes, insurance workflows, and shop operations
Motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Sales experience in the automotive or auto-body repair field
