The Opportunity:

We are aÂhigh-end luxury kitchen range company with an immediate opening for a NW Regional Sales and Marketing Manager. Location: Pioneer Square, Seattle, WA. Private parking garage is included. Benefits include: full medical, dental, and vision; 11 paid holidays per year; 2-week paid, company-wide closure in December; plus, annual graduating PTO based on time with company. $5k annual daycare allowance; $2,500 annual tuition assistance also included. Bi-monthly participation in company-wide lunch gathering at headquarters office in Snohomish expected. Telecommuting part-time is an option as long as showroom is staffed at least three days per week.

Requirements:

4+ years in Sales and Marketing role with an emphasis in Consultative Sales Approach and management experience, extensive product knowledge

4-5 days/week, 32-40 hours/week. Salary plus commission; compensation DOE, but easy potential to earn $100k/year or more depending on sales success.

Should have a customer clientele following and be familiar with how to sell and represent high-end kitchen appliances or home furnishings in the luxury retail market.

We have select, brick & mortar showrooms in New York, LA, and Seattle, with plans to open additional showrooms in emerging markets. We have a robust online presence, as well as active followers in social media. An ability to mine all selling opportunities is a must, as well as an ability to provide a complete and thorough full-service retail experience. A presidential personal touch in combination with the use of all digital platforms is fundamental to the growth and success of our company.

Must have a minimum two years (4+ years preferred) luxury retail experience with proven results.

Must be able to set and meet personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.

Must possess high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Must possess a positive, professional, and energetic attitude.

Must be team oriented and sales driven.

Must possess a personal client book, area contacts, and the ability to build brand awareness.

Must be responsible and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Must commit to at least three days per week in the Seattle Showroom unless client visits take you outside of the showroom for part of the day.

Must be an excellent communicator with top-notch written, verbal and telephone communication skills, along with high proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Must be highly proficient in the Mac computer environment, with knowledge of e-mail, Word, Excel, and use of CRM systems. ZohoÂfamiliarity is a plus.

This is a long-term position with potential to advance only for those who are willing to contribute fully to retail operation, sales, and business development.
