Pure Watercraft is creating revolutionary electric boat propulsion to ensure a future where boating will be clean, quiet, and powerful. Whether cruising the lake on a pontoon boat, fishing boat, yacht tender, or other small craft, our system frees the boater from the noise, maintenance, and fuel hassles of traditional gas outboards. Join Pure Watercraft’s mission as our Pacific Northwest Sales Ambassador for the fleet-ownedboating market.

Our prototypes have already delivered more than 1,000 hours of high performance boating. Be on the ground floor of our sales growth as the company evolves from beta testing to commercial release. As our Sales Ambassador, you will drive our fleet-ownedsales through our product launch and beyond.

This is a non-commissioned, salaried position.

Key responsibilities will include:

Customer engagement and relationship building

Manage leads toward a sale or toward becoming a PWC mission supporter/follower.

Talk to our current and prospective customers via phone, email and SMS to nurture and prepare customers for a system purchase. You’ll help customers feel comfortable and excited about joining the PWC mission, whether they buy now, in the future, or remain a fan without purchasing.

Maintain strong customer relationships from the initial interaction up until delivery day

Schedule & attend test experiences and demos when and where applicable

Create and oversee in-person experiences that maximize the exposure of prospective customers to our system and platform.

Become an EV-Marine expert and thought partner

Report and improve upon key sales tactics and processes to optimize our efficacy

Key Attributes We’ll Be Looking For from You:

Experience selling lifestyle, hardware products directly to end customers

5+ years in sales roles

B2B sales expertise

Discipline in documenting daily activities and organized in planning activities

Passion for boating and generally being on the water

A valid Driver's License

Extra Credit Attributes:

High growth startup experience and a love of its pace and challenges

Experience with new product launches

Success iterating upon & implementing innovative sales models

Electric vehicle experience

Experience driving a successful pre-sales campaign

Experience with driving and loading a boat trailer
