Weidner Apartment Homes is now hiring for Temporary Quality Assurance Specialist! This temp position is a 1 year commitment, full-time Monday - Friday with some flexibility in hours. We are looking for a candidate that has experience working with digital files, project management software and editing photos. We currently migrating our website and need help making sure all links are working and all digital files and photos are stored in the correct folders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for meticulous organization of digital files and movement of files during Weidner's website migration efforts.
Build a reference system of important property details within our project management software to enhance the migration efforts.
Use basic photo editing skills to adjust and properly size images for uploading to websites while auditing quality of uploads.
Run quality assurance testing on websites by reviewing website functionality and settings, by test clicking all links, buttons, and filters while maintaining a detail list of issues found to escalate to 3rd party vendor.
Maintain and follow company brand guidelines to ensure company standards are consistent.
Maintain reporting on issues while tracking their resolution and implementation and function properly.
Maintain list of enhancement requests for 3rd party vendors
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
Basic photo editing skills for resizing and cropping
Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
Able to juggle multiple projects with multiple deadlines, establish priorities, and coordinate tasks
Able to provide creative solutions to complex problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for a voluntary drug test
Valid and current driver's license
