The Desktop and Network Support technician is on the front lines assisting clients with desktop, software and hardware, and network-related business technology issues. This individual is required to know how to configure, manage, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot issues in an effective and efficient way. Job Summary
Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving technical support requests from our clients in a timely manner. This job involves talking to clients over the telephone, communicating well via email and in person. You enjoy working with people and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Available to work from our Tacoma office. Occasional travel within the South Puget Sound area may be required
Technical Skills and Experience:
Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems. Familiarity with macOS not required but is a plus
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
Working experience with Office365/Microsoft365 administration
Solid understanding of Active Directory management as it relates to user account creation and modification, and security groups
Solid understanding of domain-based networks and their resources, such as file shares, print servers and application servers.
Solid understanding of networking technologies, like TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP
Working experience or knowledge on routers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points
Basic knowledge of iOS and Android mobile devices and tablets. Knowledge of mobile device management is a plus
