WES Construction is seeking an experienced Architectural Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team on occupied multi-family and condominium envelope projects in the Seattle area.
Required Experience Includes:
Installation of deck flashings
Roof flashings and transitions
Flashings integrated into siding systems
Chimney, wall, and roof saddles
Custom sheet metal details tied into weather-resistant barriers
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and details
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in architectural sheet metal installation (not production roofing)
Strong understanding of waterproofing principles and sequencing
Attention to detail and pride in clean, correct work
Ability to work safely and professionally on occupied sites
Reliable, communicative, and team-oriented
