We are a reputable custom home builder on South Whidbey Island, specializing in high-end residential projects. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our crew and looking for skilled Framing Carpenters to join our tight-knit team.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of stick-frame construction, layout, and structural detailing
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and engineered drawings
Proficiency with framing tools (nail guns, saws, lasers, etc.) and safe operation of all equipment
Experience with custom homes, timber framing, or complex roof systems is a big plus
Forklift / material handler experience
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (job sites across South Whidbey)
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift 75+ lbs
