APARTMENT MAINTENANCE JOB FAIR
We are holding a Job Fair Wednesday, May 29th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm for all maintenance positions within the Multi-Family housing industry.
Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, Make Ready Techs, and Grounds Keepers/Porters
Walk in Wednesdays to join our team!

Qualifications:
-At least 6 months of onsite experience or in a related field
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong leadership qualities
-Ready and willing to start work ASAP
-Ability to work between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, 7 days a week based on property needs.
-Come prepared with valid ID(s), 3-5 professional references, and an updated resume. Plan to be at our office for about 30-60 minutes depending on application and position.
