We do Warranty Repairs to Occupied homes for the Large Local Builders, Insurance Companies, and Realtors around Puget Sound. WE ARE A DRUG FREE COMPANY. We do Repairs to:
Drywall, Carpentry and Painting. This is NOT a Construction Job, it is a Punch List Repair job, with a High Level of Customer Service. We work in Occupied Homes Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. Some weekend work is offered from time to time but is strictly "voluntary".
We are looking for a Punch List Repair person with basic tools and basic skills to come and work with us.
THIS IS AN INTERMEDIATE LEVEL POSITION.
We Need "Hands-On' Workers. You will be on the job site and working with tools daily.
Our Ideal Candidate:
-Reliable, not afraid of and capable to do physical work on a daily basis. You will be going up and down ladders and up and down stairs throughout your work day.
-Possesses a willingness and desire to learn new trades.
-Has Initiative, not standing around, but looking to see what needs to be done next and then doing it.
-Has Reliable Transportation. Truck or Van preferred, but not required.
-Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
-Be able to work under supervision and follow directions, and also be able to work alone when required.
-Have a High attention to detail.
-Willingness to drive to the various Job Sites. A GAS ALLOWANCE IS PROVIDED.
The Job entails a High Level of Customer Service, so a polite manner , clean hygiene, and tidy job site habits are a must. DUE TO COVID-19 ALL OF OUR TEAM MEMBERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK & GLOVES & EYE PROTECTION & AND SHOE COVERS WHILE ON THE JOB SITES. & PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING You will be working in occupied homes, around (yet socially distanced from) the homeowners, their children, pets and personal belongings. At times You will also be interacting with our Builder Representatives.
Basic tools are required. What you do not have can be loaned to you until you are able to buy what is needed.
We provide all of the necessary materials to do the job.
We send out work orders daily with information on the next day's job.
Pay Day is Twice a Month.
Pay is D.O.E. We NEED hands on "Full-Time" Employees.
