All Terrain Painting & Repairs NW is growing and looking for reliable, skilled carpenters to join our team. We work on a wide range of residential and light commercial projects throughout Gig Harbor and the surrounding areas.

Primary Responsibilities
Interior finish carpentry including trim, doors, cabinets, shelving, and millwork
Exterior carpentry including siding repairs, rot repair, decks, fences, and exterior trim
Repair and replacement of damaged or rotted materials
Reading work orders, measurements, and plans accurately
Maintaining clean, safe, and professional job sites
Communicating professionally with clients, leads, and office staff
Following safety standards and company procedures
Requirements
Carpentry experience appropriate to your level (apprentice through foreman)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Professional appearance and communication skills
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked (per Washington State law)
