Seattle Pond & Fountain is seeking a full-time Water Feature Technician to join our team maintaining and servicing the fountains and ponds across a major tech campus in Redmond.
This is a hands-on, year-round position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and values consistency and reliability. Experience in pond, fountain, or pool maintenance is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right mechanically inclined person who is motivated to learn.
Position Details:
Pay: $34–$36 per hour (W-2 position)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), flexible schedule Monday–Friday
Location: Redmond / Tech Campus area
Benefits: PTO, paid holidays, and company truck use while onsite (must have reliable transportation to and from company office/storage facility)
Start Date: Hiring immediately
Responsibilities:
Inspect, clean, and maintain a variety of ponds, fountains, and water features across the campus
Apply treatments and manage water quality using provided materials
Document daily work performed and communicate with facilities management staff
Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on pumps, filtration, and plumbing systems
Keep company truck and tools organized and maintained
Requirements:
Mechanically inclined, with a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong communication and documentation skills
Clean and professional appearance (high-visibility position)
Must pass a standard background check (campus requirement for site access)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Redmond storage facility
Close proximity to Redmond Preferred
