Responsibilities:
Program Management support for large developer community programs
Facilitate communication to internal stakeholders and external program members
Support or drive global community campaigns and/or events in region
Campaign reporting, metrics, analysis
Draft bi-weekly internal stakeholder communication with latest updates
Develop and launch feature improvements to program infrastructure in partnership with operations teams
Coordinate on PR, marketing and social media strategy for global programs
Manage and oversee multiple social media channels
Grow and develop our channels and collaborate with engineering, PR, and Marketing
Manage social listening and monitoring dashboards to track progress
Build a community of advocates on social media and engage with the local developer ecosystem, communities, and events
Partner cross functionally to tell stories about our users

• Experience in leading and executing projects across various internal teams and external players, ability to drive consensus among multiple stakeholders
• High orientation on results and detail, combined with ability to prioritize among multiple projects and tasks in highly ambiguous and fast-paced situations
• Experience generating project plans and leading group projects to timely completion
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to pro-actively identify, propose and drive solutions to problems
• Comfortable with working in an international, distributed team with little face to face contact
• Experience working and negotiating with external agencies and vendors
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong presentation skills
• 3-5 years program management experience

• Experience in work with developer communities is a plus
• Experience working with data to tell stories
