Sight Partners and Northwest Eye Surgeons has over 3 decades of demonstrated success. We are well established in the markets we serve with multiple locations. Our staff includes a nationally-recognized team of specialized surgeons, with vast clinical experience and excellent results. This position is responsible for the day to day billing and revenue cycle processes with special attention to billing outcomes and coding performance. This includes working with the billing company, departmental staff and physicians to assure optimum billing performance.
Responsibilities include:
-Manage, lead and develop billing staff
-Follow policies and procedures of Northwest Eye Surgeons/Sight Partners enabling maximum collection of
reimbursement for services rendered in a timely and efficient manner
-Supervise and manage the daily work flow of the department, performing financial oversight and maximizing
cash flow
-Train and maximize computer system utilization by being proficient in all systems within the work unit
-Overarching duty is monitoring, and final worklist management

REQUIREMENTS:
-3-5 years minimum experience in medical revenue cycle operations.
-3 years minimum supervisor/management experience.
-Minimum, high school diploma or general education degree.
-Demonstrate a high degree of management competency; including but not limited to leadership, collaboration,
negotiation, motivational and conflict resolution skills.
-Demonstrate excellence in communication skills- demonstrated ability to convey ideas and information, verbally
and in writing.
-Demonstrate a high degree of organizational and analytical skills.
-Able and willing to achieve goals with tenacity, compassion.
-Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently or lead and perform as part of the larger team, in a
fast paced environment.
-Maintain confidentiality in all aspect of the job.
-Extensive PC knowledge and skills
-CPC a plus.
