SeaBear Company is accepting applications for Call Center Representative. We look for motivated hard working individuals to thrilling our customers through world class customer service.
Job Summary: Call Center Representative is responsible for order taking and customer service for our Direct-to-Consumer customers.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Answer customer phone calls/e-mails.
Take orders and enter into the order entry system
Solve customer service issues.
Promote special offers as assigned
Special projects as assigned
Assist and provide support in other departments as needed.
Provide support to the company store as needed.
Assist in training and supervision of seasonal staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements
Phone skills
Customer service skills
Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
Attention to detail
Sales Skills
Flexibility
Must be able to work as a team player
Strong organizational skills
Must be comfortable in working in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills
Fine finger dexterity.
Ability to sit for 2 hour periods of time.
Vision and hearing
Provide support to Business Gift and Wholesale Teams.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Availability: Shifts and hours per week will vary. Hours will range from zero to 40 hours per week depending on needs of the company. Overtime opportunities during peak season.
