We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Happiness Makers who:

Demonstrates exemplary customer service skills in every interaction with our customers.

Ensures timely and effective, first contact resolution with customers, via email, live chat, phone and social media.

Acts as a customer advocate by researching and resolving complex customer concerns by utilizing technical and department resources.

Effectively de-escalate customer issues using empathy, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Passionate about solving issues creatively and out of the box to assure every customers happiness is guaranteed.

Demonstrates flexibility to perform a variety of customer service job functions based on business needs.

Utilizes effective time management and prioritization skills.

Has a quirky personality with a great sense of humor and love to have fun while working hard and getting things done.

Possess a happy, positive, can-do attitude with no ego and open to learning or doing anything thats needed.

Enjoys working with your hands! We are big on cross-training here and having hands-on experience with our jewelry gives you the ability to help customers better.

Skills & Knowledge:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, fluid start-up environment with flexibility, professionalism, courtesy and tact and above all an urgency to create happiness with our customers.

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Computer skills with familiarity using multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and social media tools

Ability to work independently and maintain productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.

Strong attention to detail and excellence with follow-up.

Ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

Typing: 45+ WPM

Must love music, binge watching The Office or Parks and Rec, and dogs (all together, or separate and not in that order.)

Qualifications:

2+ years of previous Customer Service experience.

Strong computer skills (ex. Microsoft Office, G Suite, PowerPoint, Slack).

Familiarity with web browsing, retail and general e-commerce preferred.

Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) a plus.
